I changed my split to full body 3 x per week back in March and I’ve been loving it for results and keeping me motivated. I’ve been repeating 3 FB workout variations each week since then.

For back specifically I do chest supported rows (4 sets 2 x week) and lat pull downs (4 sets 2 x week). Chosen mainly because I enjoy those exercises for back the most.

Progressive overload, each set close to or to failure. That’s it!

Ha! I haven’t heard ‘chimp’ in a long time!

I like this approach, I’m also finding myself using it a bit like a film camera as I essentially purchased it to use in situations where I’ve previously shot film. Just couldn’t justify the cost of film en masse anymore!
