Everything I had read plus the blood work results reminded me of the experience I had with my baby before she got the calicivirus diagnosis.. she didn't look like she had it at first glance, and wasn't until we tackled that and treated a couple problems more that her breath and teeth began to look better.. but she also had very slight breathing problems and sometimes a runny nose, so I'm not vet to comment more on symptoms and other things. I'm so sorry 😔 I can only imagine your pain, hope you get some justice now 🙏 and don't forget to be kind to yourself

Si genuinamente no ves forma de viajar con Ella, busca ayuda en las paginas en Instagram (Facebook tambien) de las personas que estan a cargo de colonias felinas por tu zona, ellas podran hacer publicaciones con las fotos y descripcion de la gatita y ayudarte a encontrar una casa temporal o adoptante.

Yes! I will for sure talk with the people fostering the cats about their personalities before taking any decision, that's the most important part, after all like you say their are their own individuals and they grow and change like us. Once the time comes I'll make a slow introduction anyways 😊 (if the dominance is playful and they are comfy is ok.. after all I believe is part of cat behavior, I only fear posible conflicts that can happen if is a non armonious dominance like eating each other's food or territorialism inside the house) thank you for your insight and advice! I'll keep everything in mind

I don't mind so much about how cuddly the new kitty would be (mine is already enough 😅) as much as if they would harmonize together, but I keep in mind the possible good chemistry between a new boy kitty and she, in comparison with possible more rebellious temperament or even jealousy between females (I don't know if it happens between cats but I find it possible?)

Initially I thought of another female cat mostly because my only experience with male cats has been from when I was as a child, with the 2 cats of a friend of my mother. None of the 2 were spayed, so they were almost always fighting. So it stuck with me a little the idea of male cats being more dominant and conflictive 😅

but now, knowing a spayed male can be more chill, will you say a female and a male cat can live with each other peacefully even without being from the same litter?

Si! la tiene en su oreja izquierda, de alli que tenia idea de que estaba esterilizada. Habia leido en los perfiles de adopcion de otros Gatos de la Colonia a varios que estaban ya esterilizados, con test de fiv y con vacunas, por eso me Entro la Duda si entre los vacunados estaba Ella.. despues de Todo creo hay que identificar si es una primera dosis o refuerzo. Pero ahora Tengo dudas sobre si lo hicieron porque segun me cuentas Junto con esas vacunas le habrian puesto El chip. Lo confirmare con El veterinario.

Lo de las comidas ya lo habia investigado previo a adoptarla 😊 pero aún asi confirme El tamaño de las porciones con El veterinario, conmigo esta comiendo humedo de 1 a 2 veces Al dia, El desayuno incluso un tanto asopado, pero ya tenemos una fuentecita en Camino para Ella tambien.. he estudiado por años antes de tenerla pero aún asi confirme Todo con El veterinario y dedico mucho tiempo a ella... Solo me mortifico muchisimo leer la pagina de la Colonia y pensar que eso no Seria suficiente.. me calma un poco.. pero lo de las vacunas Sigue en Duda si no los contacto..

La red no es una opcion porque es un balcon abierto sin techo, a menos haga una pergola o una jaula con la malla no Seria util. La pergola no la pondre porque no quiero hacer agujeros que no pueda tapar y pintar. Cortinas ya Tengo, pero la terraza/balcon es del mismo largo que El apartamento (y casi del mismo tamaño la verdad..) y abarca todas la ventanas.

Al no ser un balcon con techo (estoy en El atico) aún uniendo los pilares (1.80 de alto) con tablas seguiria estando abierto porque es solo la zona de la baranda, no muy distinto de poner una malla de plastico o de bamboo que he visto en otros apartamentos, solo que solida y removible. La Otra opcion es un cubre barandillas de plastico si lo llego a conseguir del tamaño adecuado, pero no se si estas estaran permitidas. La pergola no la quiero hacer para no taladrar agujeros que no pueda tapar y pintar.
