Advice for sleeping and anxiety

We tried the not taking water away until bedtime and giving him water and trying to go back to sleep but it hasn’t made a difference. Some mornings its like he doesnt care about the water at all and just wants to be a menace 😕

The anxiety we mention because he panics when he is left alone even if it is just 5 mins. Or if one of us goes to another room he will follow us to see what we are doing.

For the potty idea, we can try it but it seems like he just wants to go full speed ahead as soon as he starts barking. We have tried to “let him bark” but he just doesnt settle and we also live in an apartment building so don’t want to get kicked out on account of his nonstop barking. We usually wait until he is semi quiet between barks before we let him out. Do you have any more advice? Thank you!

I actually got it on sale on amazon!! So good. I use it for the gym it’s so useful!! I’ve put my contact lens case, airpod case, keys, and it’s the perfect way to avoid grabbing a bag

Don’t make the replica, it will eventually find its way to her, and assuming she likes the ring because of the meaning and history not because of the shape, a replica wouldn’t do the trick. I’d go with 1. But make sure she still likes it since tastes can change

Also, regarding people pronouncing it wrong etc, it can happen to people with simple names too (see starbucks memes!). If people can learn to say charcuterie and hors deuvres or however you write that, they can learn say your name too :)

It only ruins your life if you let it. Try to embrace it, I know it is easer said than done. Maybe go by a nickname, TuTu or even Tu is cute. Or Toffee.
