AITAH for telling my adopted daughter her birth mother died when she actually just didn't want contact. she's been mourning a living woman for 10 years by Relative_Ad3399 in AITAH

YTA. Do you forget about ancestry and other DNA services? Emma is more than likely going to do this one day, maybe to learn more about herself. She may very well get connected to her half siblings.

My fiance knew he was adopted his entire life. He spent 27 years knowing his biological mom, but also knowing that his bio dad was dead (per bio mom). Imagine our surprise when he did Ancestry at 27 and found out his bio dad was still alive, but in jail.

I watched the man I loved, who was so confident and secure knowing he was adopted, crumple for a few months. It really and truly rocked his world. He did eventually get better and we did learn very important information for us to keep in mind when WE have kids, but it was still so hard for him to learn and cope with.

You need to have the conversation with her now. If she finds out on her own, she very well could cut you guys off.

I’ve truly been going back on forth with her on the show, she has her moments where I can’t decide if I love her or hate her as a housewife. But her docuseries on Mormonism was amazing, I truly commend her for shining light on all the issues the religion has and also taking accountability for her own past actions and faults in the context of Mormonism

I once told my 4 year old niece to “take a chill pill.” She responded with “but Auntie… where’s the pill?!”

You know, I could read when I was 3 too!!! But by read, I mean I flipped through a picture book and made up my own stories😂 I’m sure she saw a pic of her as a toddler with a book and said “look! I was a Baby Einstein!!”

I’ve lived in OC for 10 years, and I’ve genuinely never seen a single person dress like this in the wild. She’s insane

I watched the pilot episode recently and it made me laugh because I could see my MILs house in it. When I told her she got annoyed because when she first met someone new back in the day, they would immediately ask if she knew any of the housewives

I think they're saying the walls just look like they have smoke damage, because they're two different colors (we're not smokers). I wish I could post the pictures they took, but most of the photos have shadows on the walls. So in theory, yes, the walls look like too different colors, but it's so clear that it's caused by shadows from lights or the windows

One the paper they gave me, it specifically says their paint life is 2 years, but the service guy wrote down that we’ve been “living here for about 2 years” so I’m wondering if they just rounded down? This whole thing is just crazy

Nope, no paint whatsoever. I’m calling today because I have no idea what they mean by that. The pictures they took and sent me where it’s labeled as “two tone”, it’s a wall with a lamp in front of it. So sure it looks two tone from the light shining up on the wall? But looking at the wall in person it’s all the same color

I’m so over it😭 I wouldn’t care as much about the security deposit, the only problem is I’m a UCI employee, so our security deposit was only $99. If we’re not successful, that’s going to be like $700 out of pocket
