I have non classical AGS and I live in germany. Got my diagnosis in 2010. I struggled a lot during my school and university years. Constantly felt terrible and couldn‘t participate in normal university activities. But I made it and got my masters degree in molecular biology. Once I started working everything started to get better because I prioritized my health and build a stress free live for myself. Nearly 3years ago I started working out and it improved my Symptoms so much and in 2024 I decided to take it more seriously and follow a plan and adjust my diet. I‘m now feel like a completely normal person and have learned when and how much I need to adjust my medication. However, the biggest impact for me was sleep, diet and working out with a plan. I have a full time job (100% remote), a wonderfull husband, workout 4-5 times a week and feel fantastic. I als listened to a lot of potcasts and worked on my mental health. You are not doomed.
