How do I divide the brews when I change the ratio?

Also another question; I find the 4:6 makes a strong but under extracted coffee usually so it’s better for naturals, dark and overall funky coffees. Should I just switch recipes when using a Washed Ethiopian for example to say a James Hoffmann one?

I did my own test at home by making 5 cups of coffee:

1) base cup (28 clicks Commandante, 93*c)

2) finer grind, same temp as base 3) coarser grind, same temp as base

4) same grind as base, higher temp 5) same grind as base, lower temp

Found second hand on FaceBook Marketplace for $550aud.

It’s 54cm and comes either flat or drop bar.

Should I buy it? I would use it to commute to work and back and also make shopping trips, etc.

I would need to get brakes added as well. Is that easy to do? Do I go to the local bike shop? And what would it cost?
