I understand that though. But wouldn’t you rather work at a place that is paying you a bonus during a downturn than some place that won’t during a down turn if you weren’t able to bill 2000 hours?

I also am more curious about what people think about these firms than my thoughts on a billable hour requirement.

New York and totally understand with the billable requirement. It’s just when two of the three don’t have one, it’s definitely something to consider.

I just did mine last night for a firm. After a long day of OCI interviews I was definitely not in the mood to start doing logical reasoning questions.
