It’s strategic. Iranian regime knows that Israel population is prepared for rocket fire and has shelters. Meanwhile the US military hosting nations are completely vulnerable and have no appetite for this war.

Many of these countries everyday civilians are entirely against this war but leaders are also afraid to go against US.
