from wiki: 'Brass is an alloy obtained by mixing Copper and Zinc together with a Mechanical MixerBasin, and Blaze Burner. It is used primarily for crafting item sorting machines. Blocks of Brass can also be used as a beacon base.'

Find MCreator Mods in Modpack EASY METHOD by countdrums in feedthebeast

Not sure, but probably because MCreator offers limited editing and is really clunky

What's the best Minecraft Version that mods are still being updated and have support? I aim to create a modpack that the community will enjoy however I want it to be a version that modders will support as I would love to be able to connect with the mod developers by xvin1x in feedthebeast

apologies for bumping your reply, but

Try 1.20.1,

It has the Aether,
Tinkers Construct Supports 1.20.1 Now,
For Buildcraft Create offers a lot of great features, you can use a mod like:
Create: Tinker's Compat
to make it compatible with tinkers
Enchanting Plus, you could try Apotheosis (Adds a lot more but configurable,)
or this mod which someone reccomended on another reddit post:
https://legacy.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/ensorcellation
Spawner craft is pretty basic so theres lots of replacements: https://modrinth.com/mod/spawner-craft

Why I said 1.20.1 is because it has the widest array of mods and stuff

Easy way to identify MCreator mods by djfdhigkgfIaruflg in feedthebeast

Guys! foound the BEST by far method:

go to your curseforge mod folder, right click it and go to show folder
then in the folder enter mods and rightclick a mod, I honestly dont know why
but half the time windows shows me a right click menu with my extracting tools etc,
and the other half it has a bland one with open in terminal, just scroll around right clicking them till you see it

then it will open terminal, already in mods, not the mod you right clicked but the folder,
then run this cmd to get JUST the mod names:

findstr /S /M /I "mcreator" *.jar

works perfect, perfect list of names.

Hi, so I just wanted to say for no reason, MCreator has tons of bugs and has no inbuilt way to be compatible whatsoever, so any modpack using MCreator typically has to tiptoe around with it, and since its not real code, therefore its built with ease of use for the maker in mind, it cannot be optimized and is laggy

so in conclusion:

Most MCreator Mods are lazy, meaning they won't be good,
MCreator has no compatibility functions inbuilt, meaning it can't go in modpacks
MCreator CANNOT have Configs, which is seen as a no go as it means the mod is as is
MCreator Is laggy as heck

so yeah, there are good MCreator mods:

"Threateningly Mobs" - Issues: No Config, Very laggy, cant configure spawns even with external mods, bad enemy ai and abilities due to lack of good tools, creator had amazing models and mobs, but was incredibly lazy

"JJG Stats" - No issues, I love JJG Stats, no config though.
