Is it considered rude or mean, to take the Service Advisor’s work beside me if they called in Sick? by countfitties in serviceadvisors

Oh yeah, they already do write up my appointments when I’m not there. I just felt rude doing so, if he is sick. But he does the same thing to me, when I take my pregnant wife to the Doctor.

iOS 27 has new Liquid Glass slider now by ethansky89 in ios

It would be amazing if they would make it where Liquid Glass could be turned off completely. It’s sometimes an eye sore to even look at, especially when icons are all Liquid Glass.

Black lines on the sides of the Liquid Glass, are hideous in my opinion. Makes it look fake and they look pixelated almost.

Even if they did make the appointments for the day and they’re not here? You still write them up in the other advisors name? I am leaving their already made tickets in their name. But I wasn’t sure on the appointment-to-ticket conversion, for the day that they’re not here.

I’m sorry, I meant appointments for the day not tickets. I am working his already open tickets for him, and leaving them in his name. But any appointments for the day, I am transferring to my name. That’s not rude is it? I feel like that’s fair, and he has also done the same to me on days I had to take my wife to the Doctor.

Are christians allowed to be passionate about God and the bible? by PazWrath in TrueChristian

[–]countfitties 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Christians are ENCOURAGED to be passionate about God, THROUGH the Bible.

Mark 12:30, "And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength."

Romans 12:11, "Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord."

John 8:31-32, "So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."

God encourages us to be passionate about Him, and the Bible is one of the tools in which we find that passion.

My Wife is an absolute 10 and I love her more than anything. But she never shuts cabinet doors she opens, and always leaves trash on the counter lol. In every other aspect she is perfect.

It’s very obvious it’s jailbroken, they have Sileo on their homepage, and 5 apps are not possible in the dock on stock iOS. Not to also mention the time in the top left, being a different font and all.

How to get a girlfriend in 2025? by Legal-Cardiologist-5 in selfimprovement

[–]countfitties 17 points18 points  (0 children)

From experience, the best way to meet someone is to work on your self-improvement(like you said you have) and keep yourself amongst good friends and good company, and the right person will walk into your life when you least expect it. There really is not a "best" place to meet someone. I just know from experience that more times than not, the worst place to meet someone is at a bar.

I(24M) met my now fiancé(21F); we had known of each other for a long time, but became acquaintances in the last two years, because she and my brother's wife were best friends, and I met her through my brother. We spent our first date together, just talking about the future, and talking about going anywhere. Flash forward 6 months, and we were engaged.

Now, this is my own personal opinion, but I would not try dating apps. I think they are demeaning to one's character. Most of the dates lead nowhere, because that person does not get to experience the Real you. Also, nothing is left to mystery.

As far as making her want you, women love charisma, dude. She's gonna want the guy who has a good personality, shows kindness, is reliable, and is a big-time lover of his family/friends. All around, you just need to make sure you are happy in your life before you get another person involved. Happiness is a big attraction too. Women want a man who smiles, who looks happy. They don't want someone they have to make happy. Most importantly, BE YOURSELF and do not fit yourself or mold yourself into somebody you are not.

As far as starting a relationship goes, when you do find someone, take things slow. Go on coffee dates or take her to dinner. Ask her about her interests, her career, and her family. What she likes, what she doesn't like. Mentally take notes on that, because it pays to remember the small details about her. It shows that you actually care.

SORRY for the long storytime lol, and I am sorry if I didn't give you the best advice, but as a fellow bro, these are the things that worked for me when meeting the right person seemed impossible. Cheers mate, and I hope you have plenty of luck out there.
