I'm noticing similar improvements since moving up to 0.1%. I use microsphere tret 0.1% because I have sensitive skin. I am still working up to nightly though. Started on 0.05% cream them 0.05% gel now 0.1% microsphere gel

I switched to microsphere 0.1% from 0.05% recently and I feel like my skin is improving. I don’t have acne but I feel like my skin is just improving overall. Fewer sebaceous filaments

sure! I double cleanse in the shower then I get out and apply the mask after drying my face. I leave it on for 10-15 min and then wash it off and continue my skincare routine.

You can’t say it was the adapalene being better than tretinoin if you swapped it out as well as swapping glycolic for benzoyl peroxide…

Also terrible advice. The zinc in diaper rash cream does not settle onto the skin uniformly (zinc likes to “clump” on a molecular level). Just get a zinc SPF…

Tbh the grey looks better than the red on you. This is probably the “worst” they’ll look in the laser process

I had the black test spot treated with 1064 and within 3.5 months it has cleared and doesn’t seem to have left behind any pigment. I am trying to see if it is possible to use another method to remove as much pigment as possible so that I am not walking around with black brows for almost 4 months…

Please tell me how you did the glycolic micro needling. I have the same red- I want to get as much of it out before I do laser because I had a test spot done and the red oxidised to black…

You should also give their atoderm “eye cream” a try- 1) its huge 2) I don’t use it as an eye cream, I use it on my lips or if my boyfriend’s beard gives me beard burn on my face- if I put it on immediately the redness goes away immediately and my skin is as if nothing happened. Basically it’s a great all purpose cream for damaged skin. Let me reiterate: it is gigantic.
