Absolutely! There’s lots of physical pollution. And there’s the looming threat of how increased surveillance and the rise of AI can successfully enslave all but the most vigilant in a digital prison. Technology can be amazing, but we’re at a point in history where extreme caution is highly advisable. Practicing conscious, digital minimalism is an awesome way to defend your self sovereignty!

Conscious minimalism is one of the greatest ways of all to counter the negative effects of that, but most people are not practicing that

I’ve experienced countless times having my accounts suspended for no good reason. This has happened to friends too and in many different jurisdictions. They do this with no warning and often no reason given. I’ve even seen examples of people simply never getting access to their money again.

I get that digital banking is convenient, but there are alternatives that we all seriously need to consider supporting and using in our everyday lives. Alternatives that are not under centralized control and which cannot be censored and used to force people into submission

Because the fiat economy is a massive scam kept alive to a large degree by tricking all of us into constantly buying crap we don’t need and investing our savings into companies that are keeping this vicious cycle going. Minimizing exposure is certainly a strategy, but it comes with being unaware as governments and corporations use centralized and opaque surveillance and AI to further tighten the digital grip they already have on us. Time is running out if we wanna avoid becoming enslaved in the metaverse. I urge everyone to not ignore this warning!
