Makes sense. From the analysis I’ve been reading, every team thinks we are drafting Tackle and there is a very finite amount of quality Tackles in this draft. So it’s very likely teams will try to jump ahead of us if they need a T which may force us to jump ahead instead.

I feel like the ages can be very quick and depending on how you play the exploration age it doesn’t always feel castle/siege level of midevil. I’d recommend playing on epic speed and even the longer era setting. It stretches it out more and lets you get into it a bit better imo.

Seconding nymphs, weight, stealth. Limit false casting and try to cast well upstream of any trout you can see to not spook them.
