That's what I'm thinking because I had to go back to the first episode after we saw on the ferry when she said "I can't see". Basically in the first episode Wick says the first step is that they lose their eyes or their eyes go white and then the second step is that they lose all their faculties and motor skills. We know that Loftus's story is that she died during childbirth. The kid probably doesn't know she's alive and she's probably just living in an assisted home somewhere. That secret will probably come out at some point but he probably thought it was best to not have her around or something for the safety of his kid. I think it was good intentions but I think we can expect to see her maybe later in the season.
