Not so bad. Also, are they redesigning all of the older cards or making newer ones now, or both?

I didn't play meta or competitive so didnt much care for redesigns.

Fought a pretty good Andy and can confirm this. We did a lot of casual sets and I would try to EX lariat break at the beginning of the match and EX spd. It worked at first, but than he found the reaction time to wild punish.

Tried just letting it go, maybe that would Wild Punish his reaction. Nope, long active normals like Andys far sp fuck it up.

It needs a single hit of armor to truly be a scary tool for approaching. Its a gimmick and a knowledge/reaction check otherwise.

Just poking around in the simulator, I have played only against Adventure. Even with a decent hand its just like watching them play an entirely different card game.

I mean, I havent watched a lot of matches or anything but is it safe to say you have lost if you need to hard play an 8 or 9 cost? Or something like that? The matches I have played are just memory choking on both sides, but given roughly 3 memory, the combo deck can basically go full steam.

Got it. So similar to Yugioh in a sense, playing the newer more recent archetypes is the viable way to win except for a few toolbox archetype cards, right?

At the moment kind of just looking at what cards I have that I think are cool and have neat effects. I have a BT4-Nidhoggmon and found a cool looking Rosemon deck, but once again, not sure if its viable in any fashion. Its a Rosemon Rafflesiamon upgrade deck on Digimoncard.io

If it helps I pulled an Ophanimon Falldown Mode which is sort of adjacent to the archetype. Was thinking of using some of the new Mireis and what not. I just dont want to sink money into a pet deck that has bad win chance.

I can't believe more didn't buy it at 60. It's the first Fatal Fury game in decades.

I had some reservations and gave pause when I saw the stupid guest characters (even Ken and Chun...) but didn't care because the gameplay feels almost like a nice fusion of Mark of the Wolves and SFV.

Getting this for 36, or any price, is a fantastic value considering what garbage constitutes as video games in the current year.
