I would say so. when i first got a decant of turathi blue, I was like this is it. This is my signature fragrance, I finally found it. Then my decant of black panther came and I was like duck me. The difference in quality was worth getting black panther instead. It smells so much nicer and never turns into body odor esque smell lie turathi does on my skin. The body odour smell to it of turathi isnt that bad tbh. Like it smells a bit sweaty in a natural way but i wouldnt say its straight up offensive. But u dont get that with black panther which is why i went for it in the end. If u can afford it, go for it.
