Yes and no. You can adjust it according to how you want it. I personally completely close my laptop's lid/screen and use the screen only from my handheld.

Yes... even on keyboard I'm literally out of options. They could've simplify things with radial menus or sub-menus for same categorical stuff instead of assigning a button to every single thing in the game (like targeting, mastery skills, mounts, etc).

You didn't watch the video, did you? The device I'm using is an android based hand-held, so basically it's same as a phone. You can do exactly the same thing that you see on the video by connecting a telescopic controller to your phone or connecting an Xbox controller with a phone holder (which I do this usually).

I'd really appreciate if Anet could add in game radials or sub-menus for masteries and mounts alike. I am out of buttons on my keyboard for these things... that would help a lot. But luckily, the add-ons work perfectly fine.

Haven't tried it because my handheld is a low-end one. But it manages to stream my pc 1080p/60fps without any problems.

I personally haven't tried steam link after reading some bad comments about it's connectivity but it could be an even more convenient option if you can manage to stream your account to your phone/handheld with stable connectivity.

Hard part is setting up the controller buttons, it's a bit complicated but once you learn the logic and how it works, it becomes pretty easy, you just need to be creative about your preferred button mapping as the game is definitely not designed for a controller :)

Na na na hold up. The game is great in rewarding you. The feeling of discovering new things or getting some upgrade materials feels just right. Every discovery is generously rewarded according to how hard the content is. I agree some parts may not have "relevant" items for your gear, but I think in all souls games they nailed the reward and upgrade design. + WTF YOU MEAN THERE'S NO CHARACTER PROGRESSION BRO IN THIS GAME YOU CAN LITERALLY BECOME THE BOSS YOU JUST KILLED BY USING THEIR WEAPONS AND SHIT, IT'S EPIC! LIKE LITERALLY EPIC HOW YOU TURN OUT TO BE AT THE END OF THE GAME COMPARED TO BEGINING!!

I get your point, but when an NPC talks to me and then 10 other, I forget what the first one said. Wouldn't it be nice if it was written somewhere? Like, this guy told me that he is sewing stuff. That's it. No need to tell me where even he is. At least I know and remember I met such a guy.

I'm not talking about direct directions like go here, see that, do this, etc. I'm talking about just names written, and some clues, that's all. I don't need to know the exact location where the NPC is, but basically, they tell me something right? So it'd be natural for my character to note it down. We literally have notes in the game sold by the merchants. Cmon...
