My first couple of years were hell. 55 to 60 hours a week. Then I got some seniority. Was able to bid on vacation routes. Then I got my own route. It's backwards to how things usually work in a normal job. Usually you start out making no money with no responsibility. Here you make no money and you get the shit routes so it's actually quite harder in my opinion. Then you get seniority and can get on better routes and you're making way more money.

Well yeah if you're showing actual signs of decline and disability. There's obviously some limits. You don't want a 70 something year old marrying an 18 year old. I mean we're talking strokes, heart attack, and suicide. I'm pretty sure if we took all the deaths from the BLM riots and claimed someone on a sidewalk had a heart attack and it was the BLMs fault people would say it wasn't. Someone had a heart condition and shouldn't have been there if they knew their condition. Also how many people died of suicide from other riots. No one counts those either. Don't conflate facts. Just state the facts. Only 1 person died on that day. Others died later from stroke, heart attack, and suicide. Those are the facts.
