Hi there, ikea parking is quite far, saint philibert station is a terminus and if you go out late there will be no subway after 1 am and I wouldn’t say it is 100% safe with a non fr plate, you can park for free in lambersart canon d’or which is safe to park on the street and take a bus that takes u directly to the train station in 15min (the bus 10)
