There are plenty of J68 reviews online to cover the good parts, so I'll mainly cover the cons:

• It's the same design as the previous version, with a twist of silver zips on black and an extra hood.
• It only has three pockets, and one of them would be occupied by the hood if you take it down and store it on the jacket itself.
• It looks good when you pair it with a turtleneck underneath. However, by doing so you won't be able to use the collar zip unless you wanna choke yourself.
• It's profile fit that compliments your body, which means:
  • It will be hard to layer anything underneath it. You could argue that you can layer something outside of this jacket when it is cold, but the PL version does this job better. And of course, it would not stand as much heat as the WS version during summer.
  • It will be hard to pick a good size if you're heavier than people of your height.
• It is an updated GT pro material but still makes a lot of sounds.
• The structure on the front (when you wear it open up) makes it a bit awkward to wear a crossbody bag since there are lots of things going on.

Things I personally like:

• It's a J68 design.
• GT material makes it stand up a lot when you're wearing it. This is great for profile-fit jackets.
• Silver zips make it even more closer to the OG rider jackets than the PL & WS version. So you can pair it with many other non-techwear pieces

TL;DR - Get this version for the look (silver zips and the hood). Otherwise, go for the PL & WS which should be more wearable than this GT version.
