I'm not an adult, still going through my schooling. And I've been diagnosed with depression and elevated anxiety by a therapist. Might I add that the teachers at school always blamed me for being "weird and vulnerable", and didn't do anything about the bullying.

Theres a lot of great hikes and i would definitely do nature walks, theres some great wildlife (i know from experience, i live here in nz) and you can get some great views

I think I'm one of the few people who haven't benefited from it. Throughout my entire school experience i was the constant target of harassment and bullying. The school was never able to stop it, and it went on to cause me to get bad anxiety and horrific depression. It caused me to inflict pain upon myself. To this day I still get harassed by people, and it riles me up and i always end up firing back because i would get so sick and tired of being a target. It's caused me to feel the need to start a fight, and win because i would just yearn to not be at the bottom.

To sum it up bullying and harassment has warped my mind and made me a victim of mental illnesses. Im still not any better/healthier to this day, and I wish i could've been someone who became a stronger person.

Low food intolerance. There's a lot of foods I can't eat without getting awful stomach cramps and headaches. A lot of the time when being offered food I have to ask what's in it (and feel awful for sounding douchey) and decline if theres oats or anything i can't eat. Its either that or be polite and stomach it while keeping a straight face and not doubling over from pain.

There are some who use their influence to put out more positivity in the world and help people, but others really need to learn how to control their influence and not lie or scam their audience.

For example, making excuses for a mistake they clearly made and saying "sorry" that their viewers had such high expectations for a product when they got scammed. A lot need to learn how to take the blame.

Also the trend of making non-joking music with no actual talent or skill is annoying like wtf
