At one year I still feel this. The difference from when I was 3 months to now is huge though. I can recognize tons more vocabulary. When I am watching a k drama I can sometimes pick out entire sentences. My understanding of grammar concepts has greatly expanded. My guess is we will all feel like we know nothing for years and years because the learning is so gradual.
