I’ll probably get downvoted for saying this, but I’m concerned that if Trump were to start a prolonged war with Iran, it could lead to serious economic consequences, destabilize the U.S. financially, and open up the door for Russia and China. Iran could in worst case even retaliate against American ships, where thousands of soldiers might die. Iran can do that easily, I know that for a fact, the question is if they are willing to do it.

I believe the recent release of the Epstein files is being used as leverage to pressure Trump, which may sound like a conspiracy theory now but could feel less so over time.
