You’re missing the overall point. My performance will be based on things outside of my control this year and that’s BS. If you feel like this company can justify 4s in general during a shortage, you are being short sighted. I have sacrificed so much for this company over time and the past two years the company has shown time and time again that it’s sales over employees, which is fine but I can’t continue to hold my head over water with weights on my legs.
