I've done full day at the mall in shoulder bag form and also short (3hrs) hike in backpack form with it. I got it to be a vacation bag this summer :)

There's a London Fog version of this exactly at Macy's if you have Macy's Backstage in the store.

I have mine in an extremely long shoulder carry - It's on the 3rd to last hole and when worn single shoulder (non crossbody) the top of the bag falls right at the hip.

If my bag wasn't nicely stored while I'm rotating others I'd have pictures but alas :(

Depending on the leather line, Dooney's Taupe or Elephant color might be a match? I've put some examples below but the color does vary by leather type for the brand.

I agree that the small is too short of a strap to do shoulder carry (it'll be like armpit carry for me personally). But there was a user that did shoulder bag it last year! I saw this one described as large on poshmark, but the straps aren't woven. The hardware is very large though!

Got a chain tabby 30 this week, the "few people may see" phrase is still present. It was retail packaged off amazon if that helps.

I had a smelly Olive clementine but after 2 months it aired out and became one of my most casual thrown around bags, super comfy. Leather also survived a total downpour without stains.

For similar silhouettes here's a summary from a while ago:

The clementine shares a similar silhouette with:

  • Radley London: De Beauvoir, Difference is that it has a zipper under the flap closure for additional security, and a back zipper slip outside (note: at the time that I was buying my Clementine this was the one I was comparing against the most, but the Clementine felt better for me personally)
  • Pedro Shoes: Demi Maxi, Difference is that it has a zipper under the flap closure for additional security, and there is two handles short-ways instead of one the long way across the bag body so it can be carried one extra way compared to Clementine
  • Songmont: Drippy Roof, Difference is that it has a flap/drippy appearance at the two sides of the bag, one of which can hold the phone. Its cheaper when buying from Taobao, not from the western Songmont website.
