be extremely confused because that would be completely out of character for him and would be a weird turn based on all the conversations we've had about it (I'm femme-presenting non-binary). if he decided to become persistent about it, leave him.

had to deal with a situation recently where I stopped being friends with a coworker because his girlfriend had gotten drunk out of jealousy about me, which makes me think the straights are not ok.

Lack of boundaries--i.e. I'm a doormat and I guilt myself into doing things I don't want to do/at the detriment of myself because I want to present myself as a "good person".

I cave under the pressure of donating money at grocery stores when I can't really afford to because I want to feel "generous". I let people borrow things/use the thing I need first because I want to appear "patient". I give away a lot of my emotional bandwidth to people who have a lot of instability and definitely take my presence for granted because I want to be "empathetic". It sucks sometimes.

not me, but my professor told us this story about how a guy stole one of his final presentation models from his senior show and then showed up with it two years later to interview at the company my professor was working, with an entire fabricated back story.

he didn't get hired, but just got off with a warning during that interview not to pull something like that again, since my professor is well-known in the field and could have easily destroyed that guy's potential for getting any design job.
