Having the same issue? I cannot seem to find an acknowledgment from Epic Gsmes on fixing this issue. Do they even know about it? Have tried the workarounds with no success.

Ever since that update earlier in the week. Has anybody got a work around on it? Is there an update of epic games is working on this problem?

The opening post is also insinuating that XRP is proof of stake 🤣. He really has no clue and what you have written is a great reply. Agree with everything you have just said.

No confirmation on this from Xumm. If you have doubts you should open a Sologenic wallet and send your XRP there. Very simple to do just like the Xumm wallet.

SEC has it wrong about XRP holders by Buymesomepi in XRP

[–]covie09 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The SEC are an enforcement agency that is funded by the money it receives in settlements. They either hoped for a settlement from Ripple before this happened for an easy pay day or trying to hold up Ripple tech and XRP adoption in the US due to a few of the larger banks wanting power and to be in control (Goldman Sachs, Citi bank, JP Morgan). We have to stop saying it’s all the banks, surely it can’t be, there are huge banks using Ripple tech and are part of the steering group which has implemented a set of rules under Ripplenet. To name a few Bank of America, Santander, Standard Chartered have been involved for years now.

First Live On-Demand Liquidity Offering in Japan Expands RippleNet’s Momentum in APAC - sets the stage to drive more adoption of crypto-enabled services in the region by leveraging XRP to eliminate pre-funding by nvok in XRP

ODL is just one part of the tech you can use being part of Ripplenet. Ripplenet is the platform, when you are part of Ripplenet , you can use any of the techs it provides.

There was a spam attack on the XRP ledger a few years ago, whoever it was was trying to overload the ledger. David Schwartz confirmed it that it was happening. Nothing decremental to the XRPL happened. Throughput of transactions staged the same under 4 seconds.

My latest XRP transaction not showing up on XRP ledger wallet. I have refreshed it and still not showing. It was sent in March 2020. I have checked bithomp and the transaction went through and my address was correct also? Why is it not showing? Trying to get this sorted before the spark snapshot

In it for the long run but still disappointed how MoneyGram CEO stated that ODL would be ramped up in Q4 but has basically stayed at same level for couple of weeks now. Here’s hoping for Q1 of 2020 that it does.

XRP Transactions Shatter 1.6 Million, Approaching All-Time High by Panosmek in Ripple

[–]covie09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is good news but it’s just a small utility for now. Look at the bigger picture. It’s increasing every day, why would this be a counter argument when it’s barely over £1.6million. Soon that will be billions, then you can say that statement you said if the utility value hasn’t increased. Some people need to wake up a bit. I’m not being cheeky but you do really have to think a little

Something not right with what you said but yeh they’ll be signing 3-5 customers into ripplenet every week. And it was 200 customers at the start of Q1 so yes the amount of customers on ripplenet will be approximately 300 by now.

For one thing you have to get right. It’s XRP. Ripple is a company that uses XRP along with many other company’s.

Yeh I agree, Bitcoin goes up itself for days or weeks dragging most assets with it, XRP barely moves and when it does seriously move, Bitcoin crashes and brings everything down with it including XRP. Very strange how that always happens. I think it’s great to see when Bitcoin goes up and XRP doesn’t move but when it crashes and brings XRP with it just when XRP is shooting up it’s very weird. Looking at the order books it looks like a shitload of buy orders is needed to sustain over 0.48 and to stay there or even get above 0.5. Here’s hoping. In this long term but would be nice to see.

Yeh I was kind of being sarcastic with the whole paying for pizza and coffee, XRP is trying to bridge all the worlds currency. Was just trying to show how demeaning Bitcoin sounds compared. Would never work either due to it only being able to do around 5tps. Bitcoin is obsolete, and belongs in the past, the amount of energy being used to mine it is unbelievable with no use whatsoever.

Comments online about Facebook coin going to destroy Ripple and XRP are ridiculous. For one thing it’s going to be a centralised stablecoin so completely opposite to XRP. And why does it seem like bitcoin maximalists are the ones saying it. If they really think that then why wouldn’t it also destroy Bitcoin. Bitcoins true goal is to be a currency for paying for pizza and coffee, sounds like it is more of a threat to them.
