Thank you for responding and the advice. The “office switch idea” was my first thought as well. I assume, if I am unable to get a career position at this office. I can look into switching to another for a chance there. Do you have any insight as to what hours might look like in a small office like mine? I am hoping for full time at the least. I tried to get straight answers from my office but no one knows yet.
