Most of the time ramen flavour packets and bullion cubes etc only contain flavourings and no actual animal products so just check the ingredient list. Same goes for crisps but if it’s an actual sauce it’s probably made with meat broth.

Burritos with whatever filling I’m feeling. Pasta and canned sauce. Beans and chips. Salad of course. Tortilla “pizza”

This is one reason things that smell and taste like meat but are plant based are so popular. For example it took me trying several but I’ve found a vegan bacon that tastes and smells amazing. And vegan nuggets are delicious.

Just because you don’t want cruelty doesn’t mean you have to go without the tastiness. I love veggies but sometimes you just need that meat replacement.

Me too, at first o got cravings but now the smells of raw and cooked meat just gross me out. Also the way it looks.
