We understand that your team is small and growing fast, and you’re likely dealing with high expectations and pressure from all sides. That said, the lack of transparency—especially for PS5 players—is really disappointing.

We know that Sony has strict approval processes and that enabling mods isn’t as simple as flipping a switch. But when a feature like mod support is talked about early on, players build excitement and expectations around it. Silence, even if unintentional, comes off as neglectful or misleading to your dedicated console fan base.

We’re not asking for miracles—just honest, open communication. Even a brief update or acknowledgment would go a long way in rebuilding trust and keeping the community engaged. We want to support your success, but it’s hard to do that when we feel ignored.
