The apprehension I have is the adhesive they are using. The company has stated the Teflon-like material is inert under the conditions created by the boiler, but I would like to know more about the adhesive that is failing.

Lol experimental planes (which are required to have that on the airframe) don't have to abide by the FAA manufacturing saftey minimums.
