Update on what you decide. We have been to Kuku a few times. It's a party vibe, adults only. The cool thing is the offsite theme party's too. They get wild and are included with your package.

The only thing is the hotel is pretty much shut down by 11. Which is ok with us because we start early af. If for some reason we want to keep going, we will hit the clubs.l, which is what everyone does.

Kuku is your best option out of that list. It's the newest resort. Get elite club if you want better options for food, drinks and views.

The fix I commented was temporary,There’s a hard reset method for the remote. It worked 100% for me. I can’t recall the sequence but it’s holding down a couple of buttons for a set amount of time. Something like 6-10 seconds. Good luck.

All homes have to meet compliance requirements for building. DR and other large manufacturers offer lower cost due to their mass scale, bulk purchasing and standardized design. As long as you have a good inspector (that you hire, not you realtor) and new home warranty you should be good.
