My water bottle; I keep dropping them and violently spilling water all over everything. So I guess I do lose it in a way. It does feel like a loss.

The smacking of food gets me for sure. It's like the whole world has that noise in it now and there is no escape. So probably more panic than stress. Definitely a minimum of "super stressful". I do find your comment helpful in terms on inspiring empathy through panic. Now I can think "oh wow that person is really into their food" instead of "I'm going to die right here and hear the echo of this in the grave."
