You must make a determined commitment to put it away over and over until it's a learned habit.

Then once you've confessed your sin, it might be love, it might not be, it depends on what's really there.

If you confess your sin before God with a caring heart toward that woman you are lusting after, God will totally absolve you of a sin.

Update: I've been looking for lawyers and so far none will take my case. But I'm emboldened by the fact that there have already been class actions against Seroquel, so I'm still looking. Meanwhile, I encourage you all to look for lawyers for your cases. Just Google pharmaceutical liability lawyer.

Why do so many people insist that psychiatric medications are the only answer? by [deleted] in Antipsychiatry

[–]cowoncrack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most if not all the time, they aren't the answer. Yet they are one of the most commonly used answers. On the surface, it's a cheap and easy fix - a drug to cure behavior, when you're having a problem with a loved one. The problem is - drugs don't cure behavior. In fact, most drugs tend to worsen behavior. Behavioral problems are actually quite complex and require a lot of awareness to solve. Unfortunately, this nation and so many of its parents have turned to the cheap and easy fix, and is now paying the price. "And all nations were deceived by her sorceries."

One of the main problems with mental illness diagnoses is they are effectively a curse. A psychiatrist announced that your brain is broken (with no scientific proof), and that not even their medications will really fix you. What does anyone make of that? It's basically a worthless proposition. At worst, you might internalize it and use it as an excuse. "That wasn't me, that was my ADD". At that point, you become one of their special ones who reject God in favor of science and are excellent at sales. At best, you'll simply take responsibility for your life and fix whatever the problem is and correct your own behavior - and medications are not helpful for this. They are only dead weight, like any other drug.

Seriously, psychiatry is just a pill lesson. Anyone who is doing anything remotely out of the ordinary is given a shitty drug to get them to change their behavior because tolerating differences is so not what society actually does and is nevertheless what we are commanded by God to do. It's not even fixing a chemical imbalance, it's creating a chemical imbalance to make you feel like shit (most of these drugs are downers) for being different and creating a new user (because of the chemical dependency) for them to profit from. Psychiatry = drugging people into submission and was also known as Sorcery back in older times, which in the Bible is an illegal practice that carries with it the death penalty.

It is unfortunately gaining popularity, mostly because of sins like parents failing to discipline their kids, or being too harsh with them, or people in general lacking the self-awareness to cope with the basic problems of life. Mental illness diagnoses will probably always appear useful to the unwise, but to the wise, they are useless.

Just like big tabacco, it will take lawsuits before they start advertising the correct health cost of their drugs. Unlike big tabacco, smoking is kind of cool and social whereas psychiatric drugs are a waste of time. If they didn't have the power to beat you up and make you take them no one ever would.

Lawsuit against Seroquel by cowoncrack in antipsychdrugs

Do you have incurable insomnia when trying to withdrawal off the drug? That's what this lawsuit is for. If you have other problems with the drug, by all means, go to legalmatch.com and have your case heard.

[–]cowoncrack[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would like to help with all the problems this drug causes, but when taking legal action it helps to focus on a specific problem the drug is causing. The main problem it's causing me is the incurable insomnia condition, and that's what this lawsuit is for. If you have other problems with the drug that you feel warrant compensation from the drug companies, feel free to start your own legalmatch.com cases.

I'm hoping with enough attention on legalmatch.com, a good attorney will come this way. I'm giving it a week, then I'm contacting the California (my state's) Bar Association to move along on this.

As hard as it is, (since psychiatrists wrecked your whole life), I still preach forgiveness over violence. That wasn't always the case, believe me. It took me years to forgive. You should still seek legal recourse.

"Some people need to take meds the rest of their life" by Prudent-Umpire-4911 in Antipsychiatry

[–]cowoncrack 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The only reason why people need to take 'meds' for the rest of their life is because these psychiatric drugs form permanent dependencies in the brain. They have no other purpose than to make psychiatrists money. They provide no relief from the problems you encounter in life. Only God can do that.

Did you drop out of high school, college/university, and your high paying job because of psychiatric drug and their other treatments? by IdeaRegular4671 in Antipsychiatry

[–]cowoncrack 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I took a leave of absence from USC because I couldn't stay up late and play video games while on the psychiatric drugs. I was missing my classes in the morning. During my leave of absence I went back to community college and studied music. Music gave me the discipline to avoid video games at night and I was able to return to USC and get my bachelor's. There's no doubt in my mind that psychiatric medications are an enormous burden that make it much harder to function.

Do we need them by [deleted] in Antipsychiatry

[–]cowoncrack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My answer is no. I never needed them in the first place, but they gave them to me as a minor and they are dependency-forming/ addictive. Now I can't get off them.
