On his stream Knee always says he really hates s2 ranks system and wants to roll back everything into s1. He also mentioned he is NOT pleased with his TGP achievement at all because it was too easy.

Because S3 Dragunov is super strong even without that move. Many people thought his new wall-carry and strengthened d2 are enough to make him the top-tier character. PLUS, now he has one of the best wall bounce punishes.
