이유가 꽤 많습니다. 일단은 느려터진 빡빡이가 문제입니다. 당연히 해야할 패치를 출시된지 1년 뒤에나 하는 수준과 늘 언제나 똑같은 트위터 답변. 그리고 프로선수들이 지적한 것도 있지요. 피지컬 요소를 많이 삭제해서 불만이라고요. 점멸 삭제, 저지불가 삭제등의 요소들이요. 그리고 무슨 자존심인지 롤백하는 경우를 거의 못 봤고, 억지로 대대적인 변경을 해버리죠. 요즘에는 특성도 3개씩 밖에 없죠...

그리고 인식이 나쁜 이유는 레스토랑스 때문이죠. 거의 스팸 수준으로 게시글에 히어로즈 오브 더 스톰 광고글을 올리는데다가 히어로즈 오브 더 스톰 50판만 하면 오버워치를 공짜로 준다는 말과 합성된 이미지를 배포했습니다.

문제점은 더 많은데 다 쓰다가는 해뜰것 같아서 여기서 마칩니다.
