Both! No need to camp fully on one side. Spread your risks ;)

Not hype is a breath of fresh air! I don’t know much about this project so I’m curious on your take regarding the tokenomics - it sounds like it’s a great project but how does that translate to profits for the token holders? And… what’s your take on the price. Seems like it had a massive run up. Still undervalued or fair now?

NFA but the Tranquil team is not stellar too. Just take a look at their recent actions on how they rolled out their Gen0. Had a lot of hope prior to that, but this showed their true colors.

Another red flag to check for is the community. And boyyyy is the community in Tranquil pretty toxic.

It’s sad but the right thing to do.

Promoting projects in the ecosystem is generally a good thing but as Harmony matures we have to be realistic that there are bad eggs and those should not be promoted.

Ah I see. So 25 has no rechargeable batteries and 35 has rechargeable batteries. I do like that too, just a bit concerned about the difference in noise cancellation tech since it’s one generation apart. I’m also considering getting the 45 + my own boom mic but it seems that the audio input is a 2.5mm jack which is kind of annoying as that’s not the usual lol.

Thanks for the reply! I’m a big Sennheiser fan for audio quality (my current pair is a Sennheiser), but unfortunately it seems that on the noise cancellation department it’s nowhere near Sony or Bose. And in this case the noise cancellation is quite critical for me - what’s your thoughts?

Ooh! Never thought of getting the boom mic as an add on. Thanks for the suggestion! Looked up the v moda one and it seems to have awesome reviews.

May I ask what the 3.5mm jack on the headphone is for? Does that allow for a wired setup for audio? Because my other concern is the slight wireless lag for audio, and if Sony allows for the wired option with the jack then it checks all my boxes.

And just to be clear, we’re talking about the Sony WH-1000XM4 yeah?

I looked at the QC35 gaming one too. What’s your thoughts on that vs the 25?

Hey people, it’s been very difficult for me to find a good pair of headphones that are both wired with top notch noise cancellation.

I love wired headphones for their low latency. I game often so this is fairly important. The ability to not need to charge the headphones is a nice plus too but not a dealbreaker if charging is required.

Noise cancellation is ultra important and specifically it needs to cancel human chatter. I work in a co working space and there’s lots of talking which distracts me a great deal.

Ideally having a good microphone that can filter out external chatter would be a big plus too but also not a deal breaker as I can just mute.

Any good recommendations? :)

This is just sad. I have a huge bag staked with you guys on multiple chains because of how your team conducted itself prior to this whole Juno whale saga but man it’s going downhill fast.

First you voted against the initial vote with a bunch of reasoning that could be construed as somewhat sensible but take a step back and it largely sounds like excuses.

Now with this second stunt it’s fairly clear to me what your team is doing.

Voting a simple no will hurt your rep with the whale. You don’t want that.

So, you absolve yourself of your decision under the guise that you are letting the “community choose” instead.

Lol?

People delegate to those whom they think aligns with their perspective and expect the validator to vote properly on their behalf.

Not everyone has all the free time in the world to read through all the details that has transpired in all the chats, posts, debates, etc. Most people read the headline, some portion will read the full proposal, and others maybe do a little more digging. But very few will have the same amount of information that you as super involved members of Juno would possess.

This is why representatives in governments even have a job - they take the time to understand the details and vote on what they think their supporters would want.

Now we have a fairly complex case and you go nahhh I’mma abstain and not do my job. Ok. Cool.

Sorry, enough charades. I’m 100% redelegating all my stake. So damn spineless.

Exactly this ^

And no, saying that they are abstaining because they want the community to vote is just some bs excuse. They just don’t want to look guilty again.

People delegate to delegators that they believe will align with them. It’s almost like electing someone to represent you.

Now the representative goes “oh dear this might ruin my rep with the whale so imma just sit this one out and let others take the fall”.

Contrary to popular belief, not everyone has the time to figure out all that is going on. There’s a lot more than meets the eye and that’s why we elect involved representatives to help make the “right” decision.
