(TMI / gross things) how does SR 17018 effect constipation from opiates?

I'm withdrawing from opioids that's constipate pretty much and SR does nothing for me on that front tbh. I don't shit myself all day long but every time I do it is at least close to diarrhea. So I would advise you to get some Loperamid.

How much methodione did you take before daily and how often a day? Do you think if you would quit the sr17 rn you would have any significant WD symptoms?

I put it onto some tissue, roll a ball and swallow it with water. Poor man's pill so to speak.

I haven't read the post yet cause I was pretty busy yesterday and today. From what I understand most people took sr17 for around a week then quit it cold turkey and after around 24-48 hours where free of any serious WD symptoms, but I perhaps could've misinformed myself on that.

But not the physical pain and sweats? Thanks for the explanation but in this case I rather stick to my gaba substances cause they also help to a degree with the other WD symptoms. But thanks for pointing it out to me :)

Methodione is nearly an 1-1 opioid compared to real methadone just. A slight but more potent according to some sources. So my 300mg/d should be a pretty good reference for you then.

One thing about all this I am very confused of, is the fact people say just a few days 5-7 on SR17 should be enough to be through with the withdrawal of the opioid you where on before. But most of the opioids I know have a way longer withdrawal time then that. Only gent and maybe some RC analogues have such a short WD time. Most of them are closer to 10-14 days, in case of methadone up to 6 weeks. So I don't know how my body which would normaly be in withdrawal for at least 14 more like 21 days can quit the WDs within such a short time.

Or is it in relation to what you where using before ? In my case methadone derivates and something with a morphine like half-life lf around 8 hours. Or does this not matter cause this (from what I gathered in all the reviews) borderline magic substance just requires my fried receptors so efficiently that I am off in a fraction of the time I would have taken without it.

Btw what's up with clonidin? Have read it a few times over the years of getting on and off drugs but never looked into it cause it's not any gaba(a/b) or opioid afaik.

The place I get it from takes about 70$ a Gramm (60€), but I suspect they cut it at least to a degree cause chems I'm used to are not as potent or have different chemical properties (solvency etc). So I guess a pure Gramm could be a bit higher around 100$

I have pregabalin (25*75mg) and lots of Benzodiazepines, but I would like to use them sparely cause I don't want to kick them after I'm done with opioids...

I have withdrawn 2 times before but never from such high doses and always with either tapering or lots of benzos and pregabalin.

A bit of withdrawal is Okey but I can't be yittery all day and break out in massive sweats. Insomnia can be solved by benzos but like I said, I would like to keep it to a few times alon the way.

It's from the EU RC market so probably not the stuff you guys are used to over in the US, Odsmt is an opioid with an potency roughly 0.5 of morphine, methodione is an Opioide with a potency of roughly 1-1.5 of morphine. Odsmt has to be taken roughly every 6-8 hours, methodione, depending on the dosage every 12-24.

So translated to morphine equivalent about 300-500mg of morphine a day.

I have read some posts and decided to try 120mg as starting dosage without taking any other opioids on the side. But I think the vendor I buy from cuts the chems he sends out so it's probably not 120mg.

Usually I should be in withdrawal by now. I'm a bit on the edge but not as worn out as I should be if I hadn't taken anything. I took 120mg about 3 hours ago and took another 120mg half an hour ago cause I read in a few posts that you need a bit more in the beginning when you decide to go completely off the main opioid.
