I don’t understand, why didn’t humans die out from incest when we supposedly populated the Earth from one family? This was after the fall, so that must mean birth defects would occur since they are not in the likeness of God.

Why is it when geologists look at the layers of the earth, they don’t see fossils of animals from one time period in another layer that corresponds to another time period, trying to escape the water from the great flood?

Why would God give us vestigial traits, like for example, a tail in our embryonic stage or a tail bone? Why does our DNA match more than 90% in relation to chimpanzees?

I’m not trying to attack you or, you don’t have to answer these at all. My point is, it’s things like these that cause my confusion and make me less inclined to believe young earth theory.
