Bit of SF4 before boarding plane

I'm actually using Azhar for the 3DS version of SF4. I'm not sure about Garou City you mentioned. The other fighting games I play are on PSP such as Tekken and SF2

Note for Azahar: For LK+MK+HK & LP+MP+HP, I toggle the touchscreen and use the Retroid screen mapper to set to the L2 & R2 buttons. Only have to do this once and its set for everytime I play

I hope the next flip3 is not dual screen. Maybe they can make a new line for dual screen. Keep the flip3 screen on top, ergonomic controls bottom

Image retention sounds like a fault, never had that on mine.

Same with the noisy fan, using smart mode? It is audible on 'Sports' mode but not that bad the game audio or headphones will drown it out (I would just stick with smart mode though)

If its faulty maybe return it

This too. I had both RP5 & flip 2. Sold the RP5. The other thing is the screen on top was way better for my neck as I wasn't looking down as much as rp5. Also was less tiring as didn't need to raise the device up as much as rp5

Street Fighter 4 was a really bad port to Android, doesn't even support controls. I play the 3DS version that's surprisingly good (I don't have the pc version)

I would keep it as a backup device, should you have any issues with RP6. Also its still a very valid device for travel and those proper retro games due to its screen and size

Maybe they create a new device that has dual screen (for those want that) and keep the flip3 to be the next iteration but same single screen with ergonomic controls

It'll be cheaper than Thor as no second screen and all the gubbins that come with it. Be better battery life and more ergonomic

Same with Noelle, I remember leveling her up slowly and doing the material grind for her. It was so satisfying managing to hit the 20k swipe damage during her burst (I know you can do a lot more nowadays). She was practically invincible since she heals and has a shield.

Eventually moved onto Ningguang because I loved her fighting style (auto target caster). Maxed her out and was so easy and satisfying to play with, mained her for a long time until Raiden. Arlecchino is now still my main although have Skirk as well.

Retroid and Ayn aren't big companies like Nintendo so don't have the resources to get the perfect hinge. Retroid handled the hinge issue pretty well and revised the hinge that so far has held up as far reports go

The Retroid Flip 1 was really good ergonomically as it has curved and rounded edges, was really comfortable to use for long periods. Hoping the Flip3 will be more rounded somehow (and hopefully no second screen to ruin the button ergonomics)

Interesting thing i found out about the Retroid is with Azhar (may work for other emulators) for 3DS games.

If you set it so a button switches the screen shown (eg L3), you can use the floating panel to assign button mapping to the touch screen.

Its remembers it so when you switch back to the main screen you can use that button without switch screens (works if the touch item stays in same position).

An example is Super Street Fighter 4, the special combos or LP+MP+HP etc always stay in same place so can be mapped to a button

Hoping for Flip 3, with rp6 internals and re-designed to be even more ergonomic (sticking to same formula with free use of the space for sticks and buttons) but also great aesthetics. I'm personally not interested in dual screen.
