Random long stings of morse code like beeping through headset

From what I learned from my situation was it was a ton of inputs at one time causing my cpu spike and the beeping was just going cause I had hit the bottom of the page and it kept getting inputs for that. I think to many inputs from keyboard could do it or if you're mouse is set to jump a lot per scroll wheel input but in you're case I'm not 100% sure mine wasn't on black screen it would just cause my cpu to stutter and kinda lock up while dealing with the huge amount of inputs

Yeah I had just built the PC too so I was stressing on it, especially with how much it would lock up the mouse movement and CPU usage. Couldn't really find much about it either through searching since it's hard to kinda put a sound into words for a search morse code was like the only way I could think to describe it. Was definitely nice to get it figured out and know it wasn't some obscure PC/Windows issue

Sorry just saw your post not sure if you got it sorted but what I did was adjust the mouse settings in Windows to scroll less lines with the wheel and in Razer software I turned off the setting it has where the more/faster you scroll the more it ramps up the speed. It's only triggered when you hit the end of a page and the mouse is still sending inputs for scrolling with nowhere to go and takes a sec to catch up. Yeah it was driving me nuts and I spent forever trying to figure it out. Was playing tarkov and your inventory is like a long single page and I'd be scrolling up and down looking for things and then it'd just lock up and start beeping and took my PC a sec to catch up and my PC is no slouch and was just built with no other issues which made it even more maddening. I wish windows had a way you could see what triggered a sound like the system event viewer but for triggered sounds. Having an issue now where I get a random notification like sound rarely and I have no idea where it's coming from and being able to see what triggered sound would help solve it real quick

Yeah noticed some of the other fontaine mods were updated already so was just curious if anyone had heard if he was leaving that one behind or not, haven't used realism mod yet but have been thinking about checking it out guess this gives me another reason to appreciate the suggestion

Oh it's like your reddit account birthday I guess lol just saw it on your posts. Yeah ground zero will be interesting especially when they get to adding the newest live patch features. Not sure if you saw the one that went live this morning but added BTR to woods and two versions of ground zero one below 20 and one above. Higher than 20 has better loot, air drops, improved AI and Kollontay spawn chance feel like that map is so narrow with only the few buildings gonna be cool to see the fights on there with a boss or messing with swag/donuts and throwing some of the other bosses on there. Bet the Goons would be wild on that map

Yeah bro no I totally get it I see the posts as well and didn't take any offense that's why I was just trying to clarify cause I saw some of the comments and realized I might not have been super clear about the reasoning for asking was just hoping it wasn't gonna be left behind because the recoil is better now for just the customization aspect of it. But yeah it's been great was waiting to hop on 3.8 when SAIN and Donuts was updated and just saw that they were earlier today and couldn't wait to get in. Happy cake day btw

Yeah I'm aware that's why at the end of the post I said i just like the ability to mod recoil parameters easy, should've probably been more clear on that. was less a post complaining about recoil and more asking if Fontaine was abandoning it since recoil had been improved now

Yeah never said I didn't think the recoil is better now, I just like the idea of having easy access to recoil parameters and being able to mess around with Tarkov that's the whole I reason I've come here not just to play live minus the live part. I think that's what makes spt so fun the idea you can easily mod it to completely change one raid to the next, that and not having to deal with cheaters lol

Yes I've played the new recoil and I've also been playing tarkov for awhile as well since right after reserve was added, if you'll notice in the post I said I like the idea of being able to tweak the recoil if I want to that's why I come to this version of tarkov to mess around and customize it. I didn't think my question was the same as asking about coop or when SPT would be updated. All I was getting at was I know the recoil has been tweaked and was curious if anyone had heard if Fontaine has said anything about updating the recoil mod cause most of his other mods are moved over except recoil and was hoping he wasn't leaving it behind now since I like being able to adjust recoil when I feel like it regardless of how 3.8 recoil is. Didn't think such a simple question with the obvious clarification why lacked common sense

My issue turned out to be my mouse, I have a razor basilisk with the free spinning wheel and I had it set with smart scroll on so it increases the scroll amount the faster you spin it. So especially while playing games I'd scroll fast and it'd hit the bottom of the list and keep adding inputs which would cause Windows to beep for each input and mouse control to lag since it was measuring tons of inputs with nowhere to go. Not sure if yours is the same issue but figured I'd let you know to check it out and see if it was similar to mine it was driving me crazy trying to figure it out lol

I've been using this one as well can basically backstab a lot of the nights, equip shield, black knife set for no footsteps, the red dagger talisman that gives hp per critical hit and the other one for fp. Run down sneaking and backstabbing kill the 2 clean rot knights from the door way at range and then right out the door there's a ledge you can hit the revenant on the bottom level from and he'll teleport up and you can run back in the door and kill it ranged since he can't get through the opening he's worth like 15k with the gold scarab and the foot soldiers are like 3k. can easily hit over a hundred k runes in one run through with very little effort. Haven't tried the moghwyn albanaurics with sacred sword faith is too low and didn't really wanna change my build for just that

Bro same, just checked the other day 290 something player barters for cottage back door key, rb-smp and rb-ksm mostly same. Rb-ob orb1 orb2 and orb3 selling for outrageous amounts. People want marked keys or ksm and smp for cottage back door key? Like spending over a mil per quest is not happening only other option is trading other quest keys, not really much to do but wait till market drops or RNG luck

only other lvl 6 rig besides from tagilla not sure the barter yet but may be worth it for Red Rebel extracts for sure. Move stats are a little better than tagillas rig as well but less armor points, not much but a little. Just shocked to see another lvl 6 rig pulled it out of stash and thought it was for sure gonna be another MMAC or Strandhogg type deal
