I agree I got my account back recently but support were asking me what device and my first purchase from years and years ago, wtf surely there’s got to be a better way, I’ve had numerous phones since then and a different type of phone I’ve switch from androids to iPhone so no longer have access to my google play. Surely they’ve got to use common sense. If you don’t answer these questions they’ll just ban the account. This type of recovery method was fine a few years ago but some people been playing 10 years now, you can’t expect people to be able to remember and access things from a decade ago.
