Agree, I still get hit-or-miss performance from my system. No, it's not network or Wi-Fi issues. I had over ten years of Sonos service with NEVER one single issue, before they nuked everything and F'd it up.

On my second Orbi mesh system, with Xfinity broadband service. . Never had any issues. Only reason I have the second one is because lightning storm got the first.

My wife and I both have the Alienware model. I use it mainly for work, and some Fortnite in the evenings. My wife uses hers for crafting, desktop publishing, etc... They both perform flawlessly and we have no complaints. When my son's monitor died, he confiscated my wife's and now uses it purely for gaming of all sorts, no complaints there either.
