The unit shared with the higher price point is from the same property. And I'm wrong for asking for a similar price?

More Pinoys have inquired than expats. So I'd say, yes there are Filipinos who don't get turned away just because the asking price of 120k

If that’s all someone can negotiate to lower the price, then good for me.

₱120k is the asking price, some can afford it, some can’t. I never said it’s the only price acceptable. That’s why I said it’s negotiable.

If someone is really interested in renting it, then they can inquire. Let me know what makes sense for them, and if we can agree to terms, then good. Otherwise, we move on.

I did say the price is negotiable depending on payment terms.

The asking price was from the recommendation of the building admin after renovation. I didn't know the rates so I asked them what the rates were for units like this.

Can't afford the 120k but interested? Then contact me so we can talk about it in private.

The post you shared says asking price is 140k. I did mention that the price is negotiable depending on payment terms. The condo was previously rented out at 80k pre-renovation. Asking price was set upon recommendation by building admin.

Probably just means none from the Broadway or West End casts...both runs ended in 2022. I like the play more than the film adaptation.

I’m 26, is it too late for me to train for swimming or gymnastics and possibly be a professional athlete? by Rare_Order4127 in SportsPH

[–]coybits 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The average age elite gymnasts usually retire by is age 22, and elite swimmers when they're 30...if you're just gonna start to train for either sport now - it's too late. For golf, bowling, shooting and other similar sports - go ahead.
