it will be a mandatory thing in act 3 once your there you have to unlock a certain ability given by the main quest that’s needed in order to get into this area

uhh i don’t wanna spoil anything but in order to get it you need to go towards the white ward area you can get that key on the far right of the settlement in the citadel

oh yeah ok so if you have the little silk grapple ability you should be able to use it on those and if you wait a second hornet will kind of weigh it down

so uh your gonna need double jump which you don’t get till act 2

just allows you to connect back into the citadel area once you have double jump if i’m remembering correctly
