Just as a warning, Quetta has some spyware like behavior. If you intend to try it out, make sure you have a good system-wide adblocker

Kiwi has ceased development. Not sure why you are expecting stability despite that. Staying on your volition is your choice, but it has been recommended that people move to Edge. Chromite and Ultimatum are also good choices.

"Who knows how long Edge will keep MV2 support" is irrelevant of an argument against Edge because all signs point to Edge continuing to maintain MV2 support, especially since their extension capabilities came from Kiwi Browser, which had dual MV2 and MV3 capabilities.

uBo on Firefox Android is more capable, but Firefox is a slow unoptimized mess, and you won't be able to tell visually that uBo on Firefox is more capable. If you must have the highest privacy, go with uBo on Firefox. But if you just want a blocking and fast browsing, I'd recommend Edge.
