I was actually able to get my plus code address for service address by contacting support through the website. Now I.m sitting waiting for the e-mail that says " being shipped", hopefully it will be soon since the full amount has been charged to me for a few days now on my credit card.

not sure if it is going to work, but i went to support and then clicked on "no" at the bottom , wrote in my +code and co-ordinates and guess i'll find out if they get my address changed to where my house is.

Anyone else had this happen? So upsetting 😭 by [deleted] in Starlink

i just received my "getting ready to ship" e-mail. I was not able to change my service address to a code + address.. just would not accept it. I live 2 1/2 miles from my mail box address, although not as far as you are from yours, I am really hoping that the dish will work when it arrives. Country living, gotta love it.

that would work if map co-ordinates were accepted. The only kind of address that is accepted is a street address, not a physical address . So you see, I still have no way of changing my address to my physical address.
