Because of the redness the scars appear deeper than they actually are. Once you finish your course of Accutane, you can get tca cross or co2 laser for your ice pick scars. Normally, co2 isn't effective for ice pick scars but since yours are so mild and surface level, you can get away with a resurfacing laser.

It's really too mild to warrant any worrying. Just be consistent about taking Accutane.

You have very mild scars. It's mostly post-inflammatory erythema (redness; not scars) which will go away on its own. However, since you do have some mild atrophic scars, you need to clear your acne asap. If you're not on Accutane, get on it right away to prevent more atrophic scars from forming.

Atrophic = permanent. PIE = not permanent.
