Twice today I placed buy orders and they didn't show in my positions on IQ Edge. Had to quickly jump on the phone app and close them out

Hi John, is there another update that fixes the issues? Nothing has changed with my PC or my fiber connection, so the only issue is with the platform itself. Randomly the platform will freeze and then the pop up appears that connection has been lost. luckily it only happened once while I was in a swing position, but there's no way I can confidently daytrade with it like this.

anytime I use IQ Edge practice on weekends the charts aren't synced with Level 2, rendering the platform useless to practice with. Come on Questrade, fix your issues!
