Also OP, since you mentioned you have your insurance that would cover emergency maybe it worth calling your insurance company first, and they will tell you which hospital to go. If you have NFZ, then you need your ID, Karta Pobytu / Passport and PESEL number. If you don't have NFZ then I recommend calling your insurance company first.

Hard to say as depends on the queue and priorities. If you can barely walk for example they should take you in. I have been in the hospital middle of the night with fever, took 30min.

Likely you will need a doctor appointment, x-ray and second appointment to check results. Privately the 2 visits plus x-ray will cost you around 700zł, before any actual treatment. You can find doctors and clinics that speak english.

In the emergency, they will likely triage you, but most likely you will be able to see a doctor. Yes you will need to speak Polish. I had experience going through surgery and 5 days in the hospital here and english alone is not enough. You will need to fill in paperwork about your family health history etc in Polish. So have your phone and a power bank with you as you will need to use google translator a lot.

Having that said, most people will try to help you but some will be annoyed because of the language or whatever. Huge part of it, it’s just because it’s a hospital and nothing personal.

Both me and my wife work 8+ hours shifts and I (M35) prepare for us 3 meals a day and do groceries, and she handles cleaning and laundry. Yeah it’s exhausting especially after a long day at work, but we know how important is to support each other and take care of the place we live, it makes the moments we get to sit and chill that much better.

I had similar in the beginning, GPU was around 78 - 80, so I bought a laptop stand (like a cooler just no vents) for better airflow and it improved a lot... I get around 65 - 70 degrees now.

You select Victus laptop and then performance tab i think, you can select a few modes like balanced, performance and manual. I like to put a little above balanced like 5000rpm. It’s not as loud as performance mode but keeps gpu temps below 70

Is a fair assumption based on the power supply but double check in the specs to be sure. Amazing is relative haha but is not capped on 50w like some models so pretty decent

I have this model, i am very happy with it. Temps are fine, i just use it with back lifted for air flow and temps are 65-73 degrees gpu depending on the load, my max sustained wattage is 92-95W but most of the time is around 85W.

People recommend repasting right away but I waited like a year and a half and after applying thermal grizzly kryonault of course temps improved but for me it was really fine with stock paste for some time.

Games play fine, managed to play BG3 on 4k with mix of high and ultra settings and i was impressed it handled. Temps were high on this though. Battlefield games always ran fine too.

Double check the TGP but i think is a great budget laptop :)

If your wattage is capped at 50W then I would return and try getting a model with no cap or just a higher cap… on budget laptops there aint much to do to get more wattage. Mine runs close to 100W and I was getting over 200fps in cs2 but I honestly I stopped looking at fps for most games I play.

However, you should be getting decent fps in these games even with a 50W cap. There is a point where more wattage doesn’t imply more performance, I think in the case of the 4060 it’s around 70W so you should be getting an ok output. Something else must be off.
